HHA Strengthen Cooperation with Korean Clients at the Shanghai Yarn Exhibition

Recently, during the Shanghai Yarn Exhibition, our business department 2 held a second in-depth meeting with our core South Korean clients. In a relaxed yet pragmatic atmosphere, two companies discussed the current market landscape and future cooperation priorities.

During the discussion, the clients openly shared the market challenges they are facing. Impacted by global exchange rate fluctuations and shifting end-market demand, they are grappling with mounting pressure from rising sales costs. As long-term partners, they expressed hope that our company could offer some price support to jointly navigate market uncertainties.

In response to their practical difficulties, our team acted proactively. After gaining a clear understanding of their specific needs, we proposed several constructive adjustments on the spot. Beyond our existing cooperation model, we suggested optimizing the supply chain to cut costs—for instance, proactively sourcing yarn materials of comparable quality but more cost-effective options to replace their current designated suppliers. We also recommended modest adjustments to garment design details and auxiliary material selections to control costs while preserving the core product style.

The clients highly commended our quick response and proactive problem-solving approach, noting that this flexible adaptation is key to deepening our partnership amid the current market environment.

This meeting not only underscored our company’s customer-centric philosophy but also strengthened our strategic cooperative bond. Moving forward, we will maintain close communication, work together to address market challenges, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
